I release and will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shor Yoshuv Institute INC.,,their, employees, owners, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, (collectively “Providers”), from any and all liability for injury, death, property loss, and damage which results from the user’s participation in the fellowships, seminars programs and events, the use of any of PROVIDERS’ facilities, equipment, vehicular travel, even if I contend that such injuries are the result of negligence, including gross negligence, or any other improper conduct for which a release is not contrary to public policy, on the part of the PROVIDERS. I further agree to defend and indemnify PROVIDERS for any loss or damage, including any that results from claims or lawsuits for personal injury, death, and property loss and damage related in any way to the participation in the fellowships, seminars programs and events, use of providers facilities or the use of this equipment and vehicular travel, even if I contend that such injuries are the result of negligence, including gross negligence, or any other improper conduct for which a release is not contrary to public policy on the part of PROVIDERS. I hereby acknowledge, accept and assume these risks and all other risks that can and do exist while participating in the fellowships, seminars, programs and events at Shor Yoshuv Institute INC.
